Return & Refund Policy

At Apply On Digital, we are committed to providing a smooth and satisfying experience. Since we offer digital
services that involve manual labor and time-sensitive job submissions, our return and refund policy is as
follows:
1. No Refund After Service Delivery
- Once our team has collected your documents, completed the job application(s), and delivered the final
submitted form to you via WhatsApp or email, no refund will be issued.
- This is because the service has already been performed and cannot be undone.
2. Refund Eligibility (Before Submission)
- You made a duplicate payment by mistake
- You cancel the request before we begin the application process
- We are unable to provide the promised service within the committed time (e.g., due to a technical issue
on our end)
To request a refund in such cases, contact us within 2 hours of payment with your payment receipt.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (if eligible), please contact:
Include your name, mobile number, payment proof (screenshot or transaction ID), and reason for refund
request. We will respond within 24–48 hours and process eligible refunds within 3–5 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Completed application submissions
- Resume creation or document formatting services already delivered
- Monthly or unlimited plans after first service is used
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information from the user
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a request only if we have not started working on your application. Once processing begins,
cancellation is not possible.
