PAN Card Application

1. If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.
2. Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.
3. After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.

• Aadhaar Card
• Voter ID Card
• Passport
• Driving License

3. Proof of Address (Any one of the following):

• Utility Bill (Electricity/Water/Gas)
• Passport
• Bank Account Statement
• Aadhaar Card

4. Proof of Date of Birth (Any one of the following):

• Birth Certificate
• Matriculation Certificate
• Passport
• Aadhaar Card

Fees:

• For Indian Citizens:
  • Physical PAN Card: ₹110/-
  • e-PAN only: ₹66/-
• For Foreign Citizens:
  • PAN Card: ₹1,020/-
• Apply Charges:
  • PAN Card: ₹79/-
  • Total Charges = Application Fees + ₹79 (Apply Charges)
  • Examples:
    • Indian Physical PAN: ₹110 + ₹79 = ₹189
    • Indian e-PAN only: ₹66 + ₹79 = ₹145
    • Foreign PAN: ₹1,020 + ₹79 = ₹1,099
